The historic charm of the hotel, located in the heart of Vienna's first district, instantly captivated me. the room, with its comfortable bedding and pillow menu, offered a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. the central location on the Graben was perfect for sightseeing, with the Vienna State Opera and Hofburg Palace just a short walk away. the staff, especially Sofia and Katarina, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Katarina's kindness and assistance during a stressful moment truly made my stay unforgettable. the formal breakfast room with parquet floors provided a lovely start to each day, and the convenient amenities like free WiFi and a flat-screen TV added to the comfort of the room. I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Nossek for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Vienna's rich history and hospitality. My companion and I would happily return for another stay at this charming hotel.
